I’ve held multiple roles at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, progressing from System Tester to Business Analyst and now Senior System Tester. Along the way, I’ve led test automation initiatives, helped launch cross-functional system updates, and partnered with both technical and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
